Global Fees Paid Now Available Across Solana Token APIs

Birdeye Data has added global_fees_paid to key Solana token APIs, giving developers access to each token’s all-time global fees paid amount in SOL.

This update also adds fee-based filtering and sorting to token list endpoints, making it easier to discover and rank tokens by fee activity.

What’s New?

The new global_fees_paid field is now available across existing Solana token responses.

Supported endpoints include:

• Token – Overview: GET /defi/token_overview now returns global_fees_paid for Solana tokens.
• Meme Token – List: GET /defi/v3/token/meme/list now includes global_fees_paid, supports min_global_fees_paid, and supports sorting by global_fees_paid.
• Meme Token – Detail: GET /defi/v3/token/meme/detail/single now returns the token’s all-time global fees paid amount in SOL.
• Token – List V3: GET /defi/v3/token/list now includes global_fees_paid, fee-based filtering, and fee-based sorting.
• Token – List V3 Scroll: GET /defi/v3/token/list/scroll now supports the same global_fees_paid, min_global_fees_paid, and sorting capabilities for scroll-based token discovery.
